Replacement supply and fit service

You can arrange a replacement direct through us or through VELUX. The added benefit of going through VELUX is that they offer 12 months interest free credit. Contact them and simply request OCTA Build for your fitting if you wish to.

How long does it take to change a velux?

This is dependant on multiple things, Such as, how easy it is to access, what size it is and what type of roof covering you have. All replacements, liek new installations, will be subject to a quotation based on each individual project.

Where do you cover?

We cover all of Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

I dont think my skylight is a velux

Thats not usually an issue, most skylights are manufactured to similar sizes, we would have to check your current skylight ofcourse.

My velux is leaking, can it be fixed?

Leaking velux usually can be fixed, it depends on where it is leaking though. If it is leaking around the sash, more than likely the frame may be too damaged to repair. If it is leaking around the window (flashing), its possible it could be repaired.
