BY BOOKING A VISIT, A QUOTE OR SCHEDULED WORKS WITH OCTA (OCTA GROUP LIMITED), YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING. 

Quotation and Visits

All quotations and visits are subject to confirmation. Appointments must be clearly confirmed otherwise we cannot attend. If we specify a time, appointments and quotations can be from that time and up to 1 hour after, this is because we can run late due to things out of our hands, like traffic. We will do our best to keep you informed. For example, If your appointment is 5pm, we will arriver between 5-6pm. Please ensure you tell us before hand if anyone is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or any other viral symptoms. We must be made aware of any access issues. We must also be made aware of any other trade presence.

Scheduled Works

All scheduled works are subject to weather conditions. Cement works cannot be carried out in below 4 degrees or rain (including the following 24 hours). Velux replacements or installs cannot be installed in temperatures below 4 degrees or rain (including the following 24 hours). We will try to give as much notice as possible regarding cancellations due to weather. We cannot offer refunds on deposits paid due to weather restrictions and re-scheduling. We reserve the right to re-schedule at any time with concerns of weather or limitations.
